Your Work Tasks
As a CNC operator, you will work with milling advanced form tools and machine parts, as well as program CNC-controlled machines. You will actively contribute to improvements in both technology and work processes.
Experience with CNC milling and CNC turning, including setup, tool changes, machine adjustment, blueprint reading, measurement techniques, quality control, and adjustment of tools and machine parameters. Experience monitoring production, troubleshooting, and ensuring parts are manufactured according to specifications and given tolerances.
Collaborate with engineering to improve the work environment, increase productivity and quality, and reduce cycle times
Work with clamping technology and handle heavy workpieces
Master programming in the control system
Your Profile
We would like you to have:
CNC training or similar experience
Several years of experience as a CNC operator
Ability to read technical drawings
Be detail-oriented and quality-conscious
Able to work independently and together with others
Good at problem-solving
As a person, you are detail-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused. You can work independently and take your own initiatives, but also enjoy collaborating with others.
