CNC Operator at RZ Ölme – Turning and Milling
RZ Ölme is seeking CNC operators with a focus on turning or milling. We are growing and investing in our production, and therefore looking for more skilled employees who want to develop with us.
With us, you will work on manufacturing technically demanding components for customers with high requirements across several different industry segments. Production includes both recurring series and varying work in smaller volumes.
About the Position
As a CNC operator, depending on your experience and which machine you work on, you are responsible for all or part of the manufacturing process. On some machines, programming is also a natural part of the work.
Your duties include:
Setting up tools, setting and operating CNC machines
Reading and following drawings and manufacturing documentation
Measuring and quality assuring by working according to the "Right from Me" principle
Programming and adjusting CNC programs and machining data, depending on machine and experience
Contributing to improvements in methods, quality, and production efficiency
Performing operator maintenance and daily supervision of the machines
Turning Focus
In our turning department, we work with machines from Okuma and Mori Seiki/DMG MORI, among others. Our machine park includes multi-operation lathes with Y-axis, counter-spindle, bar feeding, and robotic loading.
Milling Focus
In milling, we work with three-, four-, and five-axis machining. We are investing in new machine capacity and will install two new milling machines from DMG MORI later this year.
Who Are We Looking For?
We believe you have experience with CNC machining or relevant industrial technical education. Most importantly, you are technically interested, thorough, and want to develop within the profession.
We would like to see that you:
Have experience with CNC turning or CNC milling
Can read technical drawings
Have knowledge of cutting operations and measuring techniques
Are quality-conscious and take responsibility for your work
Enjoy working both independently and with others
Have a positive attitude and are ready to pitch in where needed
Are fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
Experience with programming is a merit but not required. Experience with multi-operation machines, multi-axis machining, automation, or manufacturing in small and medium-sized series is also a merit.
