* Rosenfors Bruk is now seeking CNC operators for an extended assignment. You'll have the opportunity to join a family-oriented company with modern machinery and develop your skills in CNC and cutting operations. Rosenfors Bruk is a subsidiary of Holsbyverken, where they specialize in cutting operations and are expert at processing castings as well as iron and steel bars. The machinery is modern and includes both lathes and mills. About the Position You will be employed as a consultant through Montico and assigned to Rosenfors Bruk. The assignment begins with approximately two weeks of introduction where you'll get to know the workplace, machinery, and work methods. After that, you'll transition to shift work, including evenings, for a minimum of six months with the possibility of continued employment at Rosenfors Bruk. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in CNC and cutting operations. A major advantage of this role is that you don't need significant programming experience, as this is handled by your colleagues during weekdays, meaning you'll be working from ready-made programs. Job Description Your primary responsibilities will include operating and monitoring machinery, inspecting components, and following technical drawings. This also includes the following: •Operating CNC machinery according to existing programs and work plans •Changing tools and making minor adjustments as needed •Inspecting and measuring finished components •Reading and interpreting technical drawings •Ensuring components meet quality standards •Collaborating with colleagues to keep production running We're Looking for Someone Who Has experience from industry or similar operations. •Technical interest and willingness to learn •Interest in CNC and machine processing •Ability to read technical drawings •Experience with measuring techniques •Good Swedish communication skills, both verbal and written You don't need to be a fully experienced CNC operator from day one.
