Here you will have the opportunity to work on developing assignments at well-renowned companies where quality, precision, and teamwork are in focus. Job Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC-controlled machines Perform quality controls and measurements according to drawings Tool changes and simple programming or program adjustments Troubleshooting and ongoing machine maintenance Documentation and reporting according to company procedures We are looking for you who Have relevant education or experience as a CNC operator Have good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques Are thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team Have a technical interest and a desire to develop Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Have good computer skills Have the ability to work shifts if the assignment requires it Hold a bridge crane certificate and forklift certificate, which are merits We Offer Secure terms according to collective agreement Opportunity for both shorter and longer assignments or permanent employment Close collaboration with engaged consultant managers Exciting assignments at leading industrial companies in the Västerås region Good opportunities for development and long-term career growth within industry About IndustriQompetens We normally start with a fixed-term employment so that both you and we get the chance to get to know each other properly before we potentially move to a permanent employment at IQ or one of our customer companies. You will receive a fixed monthly salary and other compensation according to the technology agreement, which is the collective agreement that we and most of our customers are affiliated with.
