Your Tasks
As a CNC operator, you will become an important part of Specialverktyg's continued growth and development. You work with grinding and machining of high-precision tools and components where accuracy and quality are crucial for the final result.
The role includes machine operation, blueprint reading, measurement, and quality controls to ensure that products meet the company's high precision requirements. You work in a varied environment where technical knowledge, problem-solving, and quality are in focus.
You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday work. If you lack experience in cylindrical grinding, you will receive support from a mentor who is responsible for your introduction and in-house training, which gives you good conditions to develop in the role.
The position is located during daytime hours.

We are looking for someone who has CNC training and a great interest in technology and manufacturing. You appreciate working with precision and thrive in an environment where quality is in focus.

You do not need to have previous experience in cylindrical grinding – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, a technical interest, and an ambition to learn.
Requirements
CNC training
Basic understanding of blueprint reading
Good skills in Swedish, spoken and written
Merits:
Experience with grinding or cylindrical grinding
Experience with CNC machining
Experience from the machine shop industry
