You will be responsible for programming your own machine and therefore need to be confident in both blueprint reading and CNC programming. In this role, you will also be responsible for setting up and monitoring your CNC machine, with primary focus on milling. Experience with 5-axis milling is a plus. You will become an important part of production, where quality, precision, and efficiency are key aspects of the work. As a person, you are driven, responsible, and solution-oriented. You take your own initiative, are curious about developing in your role, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking someone who: Has experience with CNC milling and turning Can program your own machines Is confident in blueprint reading Is self-driven and takes responsibility for your work Has high work ethic and is thorough Speaks Swedish fluently Experience as a toolmaker is a plus. A forklift license is a plus but not required.
