We are looking for an experienced CNC operator with experience in milling or turning. Responsibilities: Set up and operate lathes and milling machines and fine-tune existing programs. Contribute suggestions for improvements in programs and machining to the production technician. Ensure that product quality meets customer specifications and drawings through visual inspections and precision measurements to verify dimensions and tolerances. About You We are looking for someone with an unpretentious approach who is motivated to develop both yourself and the company together with your colleagues. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Experience in CNC machining within turning and/or milling Good experience reading and working from drawings and technical documentation Experience setting up, running, and monitoring CNC machines Ability to work independently while enjoying collaboration and continuous improvement At ProCell, we are a close-knit team of approximately 25 employees in the workshop.
