Job Responsibilities As a CNC operator at OSTP, you will work with milling advanced molds and machine parts as well as programming CNC-controlled machines. You will actively contribute to improvements in both technology and work processes. You will, among other things: Collaborate with design to improve the work environment, increase productivity and quality, and shorten lead times Work with clamping techniques and handle heavy workpieces Master programming in Heidenhain control systems Who Are You? We're looking for someone with CNC operator training or equivalent machine technology background. You are experienced in programming with Heidenhain control systems. If you also have knowledge in technical drawing and Solidworks, that's a plus. We're looking for someone with several years of experience who is solution-oriented, thorough, and quality-conscious. You enjoy taking responsibility, prefer working independently but are also a team player who values collaboration.
