* We are now seeking a CNC Operator for our client in the Älmhult area. This is a long-term position through Montico recruitment, where the right candidate will have the opportunity for direct employment with the client after an initial period of contract work. The position is based on a 2-shift schedule. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machines, changing tools, performing control measurements, and ensuring that parts meet drawing specifications and tolerances. You work independently with your machines but are also part of an experienced team where you help each other and together drive production forward. This role suits you if you enjoy working with technology and want a job where your experience and problem-solving skills are valued. We are looking for you who * Have experience with CNC and/or a green certificate in CNC. * Have a good understanding of blueprint reading and basic measurement techniques. * Are practical and have tool experience. * Are thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious. * Enjoy collaboration and can also work independently. * Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. We expect you to be practically minded and have tool experience. You are technically interested and enjoy challenging yourself and learning new things.
