We are seeking CNC operators for our client in Ryd Our client is a large contract manufacturing company experiencing steady growth and needs reinforcement for their shifts. The CNC operator role primarily involves: Turning and milling on CNC-controlled machines Tool changes, setup, and basic programming Quality control and inspection The company's machinery is modern with both single-axis and multi-axis machines. The role offers varied and stimulating tasks for someone who thrives in a workshop environment. The company currently has over 40 employees and plans to expand further. Your Profile We are looking for someone with the right attitude and genuine practical interest. Ideally, you have some form of training or practical experience in CNC, turning, and/or milling. You are comfortable reading technical drawings, quality-conscious, and enjoy working independently. As a person, you are a good team player, a pleasant colleague, and someone who puts great effort into what you undertake. You are curious, a quick learner, and contribute a positive attitude among your colleagues. You are in good physical condition and speak and write fluent Swedish. Truck and overhead crane certifications are advantageous. This is a temporary staffing assignment where you will become a permanent employee of our client after a period of employment with Eterni.
