Do you want to work with something completely different from traditional CNC machining? Elitkomposit AB is now seeking a CNC Operator for an operation where advanced composite materials, variety, and problem-solving are at the center. You work through the entire manufacturing process – from tools and fixtures to machining, post-processing, and finished parts. This means you are involved from start to finish and get a broad and varied role. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as CNC Operator, you are responsible for the entire manufacturing process and work with advanced machining of composite materials where precision and problem-solving are a central part of your daily work. You work with machining of advanced composite parts, but the role also includes development of tools, fixtures and molds as well as setup and preparation of machines to ensure an efficient production flow. Furthermore, measurement, quality control, and documentation are a natural part of the work to ensure high precision throughout the process. Programming and work are performed in Tebis. Further in your role as CNC Operator you will: Be responsible for the entire manufacturing process Work with advanced machining of composite materials Develop tools, fixtures, and molds Work with setup and preparation Perform measurement, quality control, and documentation Work in Tebis CAD / CAM PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We believe that you as an applicant have several years of experience in CNC machining and want to continue developing technically in a role with advanced materials and varying tasks. As a person, you have a strong technical interest and are passionate about problem-solving. You are practically minded and have a good understanding of both details and the overall manufacturing flow, and you easily translate ideas into reality in production. Furthermore, we believe you are organized, thorough, and work efficiently even when the pace varies. Important for the position: Industrial or workshop technical education, or equivalent experience from working life Several years of experience in CNC machining Experience with blueprint reading, measurement techniques, and CAM programming Experience with documentation and quality assurance Experience in production technology or tool manufacturing is a merit ABOUT THE POSITION The position of CNC Operator is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by Elitkomposit AB.
