Your assignment As a CNC operator with us, you'll work with components and products where precision, quality and traceability are paramount. What you manufacture is used in demanding environments around the world – which sets high standards, but also gives clear pride in the work. Machine machining is carried out in modern multi-operation machines and lathes, and will shortly also include grinding. The role includes overall responsibility for your machines and work, which includes: Independent operation and monitoring of CNC machines Planning of daily work and management of manufacturing orders Tool handling and process-related quality work Daily maintenance of machines, equipment and working environment Your profile We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and comfortable in an environment where technology, problem-solving and continuous development are a natural part of everyday life. Your interest and commitment to machining means you are happy to share your experience, try new work methods and contribute to a stable and efficient production flow, always with a strong focus on safety and quality. We would like to see that you have: Experience working as a CNC operator, or alternatively relevant CNC training combined with practical experience Good computer skills for documentation, reporting and production monitoring Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Do you want to develop further in precision machining and at the same time help shape the production of the future with us? Work is organized in continuous shift work, which means you need to be flexible and comfortable with a rotating schedule.
