Job Description As a CNC Operator, you will work with machining parts on CNC-controlled machines. Depending on your experience, you will work with bed mills or multi-operation machines, both 3-axis and 5-axis. Your duties include rigging, tool changes, setup, measurement and quality control, as well as continuous monitoring of the machining process. You work from drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation to ensure that parts meet high standards for quality and precision. Since operations are project-driven, workload varies between departments. During periods when machine shop capacity is lower, you may have the opportunity to support other parts of production with related tasks. We see this as a natural part of good collaboration where everyone contributes to efficient operations. Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience in CNC machining and a genuine interest in manufacturing and technology. You work carefully, have an eye for detail, and take responsibility for work performed with high quality. We believe you have: · Experience with CNC milling on bed mills and/or multi-operation machines. · Good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques. · Experience with rigging, setup, and tool handling. · Ability to work independently while enjoying teamwork. · A quality-conscious and solution-oriented work approach. Meritorious: · Knowledge of one or more CAM systems. · Experience with single-unit and small-series manufacturing. · Forklift and/or overhead crane certification. Does this sound interesting?
