CNC Operator – Varied Production with Development Opportunities Are you a CNC operator who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to develop? Then this could be your next step. We are now seeking a CNC operator for a modern production facility where you will work with varied components and use your experience in daily operations. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will primarily work with an Okuma lathe. Production is characterized by variety rather than long runs only, which means dynamic work where you have the opportunity to use and develop your CNC skills. Your responsibilities will include: Setting up and monitoring the CNC machine Making adjustments to existing programs Performing control measurements and ensuring correct quality Changing tools Performing routine machine maintenance For the right person, there is an opportunity in the long term to develop further, following internal training, and program independently. The work involves shift work. We Are Looking for You You have experience working as a CNC operator and feel comfortable in a manufacturing industry environment. As a person, we believe you are responsible, thorough, and quality-conscious. You have your own drive and enjoy learning new things and developing in your work. It is advantageous if you have Experience with Okuma machines Forklift certification Telescopic handler certification The Employment For you with good experience, this position is relevant as direct recruitment to the company.
