We're looking for you to take a central role in our production and help drive development forward! The position begins with training/onboarding on the morning shift, after which you'll transition to the evening or night shift. Your Responsibilities As a CNC operator with us, you will: Analyze and evaluate machining methods to select efficient and cost-effective solutions. Create, optimize and fine-tune CNC programs for both lathes and milling machines. Interpret customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. Plan production for optimal resource utilization and ensure on-time delivery. Conduct quality inspections and drive improvement initiatives. Work closely with an experienced and competent engineering team. We're Looking for Someone Who Has At least 5 years of experience as a production technician/CNC operator – preferably in turning and milling. Experience in highly automated production environments. Strong blueprint reading ability and experience with ISO programming is required. Excellent communication skills and a natural aptitude for teamwork. Drive, commitment and willingness to improve processes and results. Shift work may occur in this position. Training takes place during daytime hours.
