We're looking for you to take a central role in our production and help drive development forward! The position begins with training/startup on the morning shift, after which you will transition to evening or night shift. Your Responsibilities As a CNC operator with us, you will: Analyze and evaluate machining methods to select efficient and cost-effective solutions. Create, optimize and fine-tune CNC programs for both lathes and milling machines. Interpret customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. Plan production for optimal resource utilization and secure delivery schedules. Perform quality control and drive improvement measures. Work closely with an experienced and competent technician team. We're Looking for You With At least 5 years of experience as a production technician/CNC operator – preferably in turning and milling. Experience in a highly automated production environment. Good blueprint reading skills and experience with ISO programming is a requirement. Strong communication skills and a natural aptitude for teamwork. Drive, commitment and willingness to improve processes and results. Shift work may occur in this position. Training takes place during daytime.
