About the Role As a CNC operator at Abes, you'll become part of a modern and technically advanced workshop where you work with the entire manufacturing process, from drawings and programming to the finished product. Because the operation primarily works with unit and small-batch production, your days will be varied with many changeovers, new components, and technical challenges. You'll independently manage planning, programming, setting up, and running the machines while ensuring that the final product meets quality requirements and tolerances. At the same time, you'll be part of an experienced team that works closely together and helps each other deliver products of the highest quality. More specifically, the role includes: - Programming in Mastercam or equivalent CAM systems - Uploading and optimizing programs in Fanuc-controlled machines - Independent work based on technical drawings and work orders - Setup, changeovers, and tool changes between different products - Processing primarily on 3- and 5-axis milling machines - Control measurements and quality inspections according to drawings - Manufacturing with high demands for precision and tight tolerances About You We're looking for someone with experience in CNC processing who enjoys combining technical knowledge with practical problem-solving. You're comfortable taking responsibility for your work and feel confident independently driving the manufacturing process from start to finish.
