We are now seeking a CNC operator with programming experience for an exciting assignment that starts as a temporary recruitment with excellent opportunities for long-term employment at our client company. About the Position This position is a temporary recruitment, which means you will be employed by Montico for the first six months and then have the opportunity to transition to direct employment at our client company. Our client is a complete machine shop company with broad expertise in sheet metal, machine, and pipe processing. The business encompasses everything from prototype manufacturing to small and medium series production as well as manufacturing of proprietary products. With a focus on quality, flexibility, and customized solutions, they manufacture everything from simple components to complex and complete products. Job Description In your role as a CNC operator, you will work with both programming and machining on CNC-controlled machines. You are responsible for ensuring that production maintains high quality and that manufacturing is carried out efficiently according to drawings and specifications. Your work tasks include: - CNC programming and program optimization - Setup, rigging, and operation of CNC machines - Machining according to drawings and production documentation - Quality inspections and measurement of manufactured parts - Participation in improvement work to increase production efficiency What We're Looking For We are seeking someone with CNC programming experience who enjoys working in a practical and technical role. You are thorough, quality-conscious, and have a genuine interest in manufacturing and production. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: - CNC programming experience - Experience as a CNC operator - Good blueprint reading skills - Proficient Swedish skills, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you also have: - CAD drafting/design experience - Experience from the machine shop or manufacturing industry As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and work well with colleagues.
