Are you an experienced CNC operator who wants to take on greater responsibility in production? Do you enjoy both planning, preparing, and running advanced machining operations? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a CNC operator with setup skills, you'll play an important role in production. You'll be part of a production team where you're responsible for setting up and preparing assigned jobs before operating the machines to produce the parts yourself. This role is ideal if you want to work independently and be involved throughout the entire manufacturing process. You'll work in a modern production environment where technology, quality, and development are in focus. You'll primarily work with the company's modern 5-axis mills and machine components for the automotive and defense industries. The operation is in an exciting growth phase, which creates excellent opportunities for you to develop together with the company. Your responsibilities include: Set up and plan assigned production jobs. Prepare and adjust machines for production. Operate and monitor 5-axis CNC mills. Ensure quality through continuous control measurements and monitoring. Contribute to an efficient production flow together with colleagues. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone with CNC machining experience who wants to take on greater responsibility than a traditional operator role. You have a technical interest, work in a structured manner, and enjoy planning your own work. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience as a CNC operator, preferably in milling. Knowledge or experience with setup in manufacturing industry. Good technical understanding and ability to read technical drawings. Experience with 5-axis machining is a plus. Experience with Heidenhain control systems is desirable. If you have experience machining aluminum, that's a bonus, but we also welcome applicants with experience in plastic, wood, or sheet metal machining. The most important thing is that you have the right technical understanding, a quality-conscious work approach, and a desire to develop. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
