Your Tasks
As a CNC operator, you will work with milling advanced form tools and machine parts, as well as program CNC-controlled machines. You actively contribute to development and improvements in both technology and work processes.
Experience with CNC milling and CNC turning, including setup, tool changes, machine adjustment, blueprint reading, measuring techniques, quality controls, and adjustment of tools and machine parameters. Familiarity with monitoring production, troubleshooting, and ensuring that parts are manufactured according to blueprints and given tolerances.
Collaborate with engineering to improve the work environment, increase productivity and quality, and reduce lead times
Work with clamping techniques and handle heavy workpieces
Master programming in the control system
Your Profile
We would like to see that you:
Have CNC training or similar experience
Have several years of experience as a CNC operator
Can read technical drawings
Are thorough and quality-conscious
Can work independently and together with others
Are good at problem-solving
As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented. You can work independently and take your own initiative, but also enjoy collaborating with others.
