JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to develop as a CNC operator, work with multi-operation machines, and have varied work? Then we have the job for you! We are looking for CNC operators for our team at Eurosteel in Nybro. As a CNC operator, you will machine products according to customer needs, which may involve single components or series production. The work includes blueprint reading and programming. The role offers great independence and personal responsibility while being part of a team of colleagues.

The position is a fixed-term employment/full-time, with good opportunities for permanent employment. Working hours are two-shift. You report to the production manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest, curiosity, who works well collaboratively, and is motivated by the opportunity to develop in your professional role. You have a methodical work approach and handle stressful situations with calm. As a person, we see that you are flexible as the work is varied and diverse. We see that you are willing to develop and learn new things, and you are also expected to participate in continuous improvement efforts.
To be considered for the position, we would like you to have previous experience with CNC-controlled multi-operation machines or training in the field. You are experienced in blueprint reading, measurement techniques, and working independently. Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
