About the Position We are now looking for a CNC Operator for our client in Habo to work permanent afternoon shifts. You will primarily work with milling on Haas machines and be an important part of production. In your role as a CNC Operator, you will work with the entire machine processing workflow. Your main responsibilities will include: - Setting up and calibrating CNC machines - Loading and operating Haas milling machines - Working from technical drawings - Performing control measurements during production - Conducting daily quality checks - Ensuring that products meet the correct dimensions and quality standards - Identifying and handling any deviations The work is varied and suits you if you enjoy technology, precision, and maintaining a focus on quality. The position is based on permanent afternoon shifts. During the first few weeks, you will work daytime hours to receive proper training and become familiar with the work and routines. After that, your working hours will transition to permanent afternoon shifts. We would appreciate it if you have previous experience with CNC milling and feel comfortable setting up and calibrating machines. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is: Meticulous and quality-conscious Self-motivated and responsible Technically interested Structured and solution-oriented Comfortable reading and understanding technical drawings Skilled at control measurements and quality work Experience with Haas machines is a plus.
