We are now seeking CNC operators for our unique production of the latest technology in submarines and surface vessels, at one of the world's most modern shipyards. Your Role As a CNC operator, you will work with: Bed mills Floor mills Arbor mills The work includes lego machining, new manufacturing, and you are responsible for programming, rigging, and running machines as well as quality assurance according to drawings. The work covers both larger components and one-off manufacturing; sometimes the assignment includes repairing or modifying existing components. You will be part of a competent team where collaboration, precision, and technical expertise are critical to the final result. Your Profile To succeed in this role, we see that you are collaborative, solution-oriented, and meticulous. Requirements: CNC training Previous experience working with one of the following machine types: bed mill, floor mill, or arbor mill. Good knowledge of blueprint reading Experience setting up and rigging machines Experience with machining larger components Experience with Heidenhain Experience with Mastercam Experience with one-off manufacturing is a merit Ability and willingness to work a 2-shift schedule. The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to applicable security clearance regulations at any given time.
