About the Position
We are now hiring CNC operators with experience in turning, milling, and/or multi-operation machines.
We welcome both experienced professionals and those beginning their CNC career. The most important thing is that you have a technical interest, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working in the manufacturing industry.
As a CNC operator, you will operate, monitor, and set up CNC machines in areas such as turning, milling, and multi-operation machining. You are responsible for rigging machines, changing tools, and making necessary adjustments to ensure stable and efficient production. Your work also includes reading and interpreting drawings, performing measurements and quality inspections, and ensuring that parts meet the correct dimensions and quality standards. Depending on your experience, you may also work with programming. You work both independently and with colleagues to keep production running and contribute to a safe, accurate, and efficient work environment.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has CNC training or relevant experience.
- Has an interest in technology, machinery, and manufacturing.
- Is detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and responsible.
- Can work independently but also thrives in a team.
- Is flexible and picks up new machines and work methods easily.
Experience with turning, milling, multi-operation machines, blueprint reading, measurement techniques, or CNC programming is a plus – but your attitude and interest are equally important!
We believe you are a responsible, positive, and detail-oriented person who enjoys working in a technical and practical environment. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and have good teamwork skills and a desire to develop.
