Axipto consists of three production units – Nybro, Målilla, and Mönsterås – and is an important part of the strong and forward-driving industrial group Inducore. We combine the short decision-making paths of a smaller company with the resources of a larger one. The Role of CNC/Machine Operator
We're in an expansion phase and are now seeking operators for our facility in Mönsterås. As an operator with us, you're responsible for running a machine group during your shift. The work includes machine setup, monitoring machines, control measurements, and quality assurance. You'll work closely with production management and are an important part of achieving our shared goals. The work may also involve work in our grinding department where older grinding machines are used, which requires a genuine interest in machinery. We encourage initiative and would like to see you contribute to improvements, both in daily work and through your own ideas.
What You Need to Thrive and Succeed in This Role
Have experience in industrial work – preferably as a CNC operator
Be thorough, structured, and enjoy working in a team
Have an interest in technology and a willingness to explore new solutions
Enjoy taking responsibility and be able to work independently
Have computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
