Do you love when precision is real, machines that deliver, and details down to the hundredth? Then this could be for you. We're looking for CNC operators who like to stay on top of both the machine and the results – from the first cut to the final measurement.
Here awaits an environment where technology meets problem-solving, quality meets pace, and "that's good enough" isn't really part of the vocabulary.
Do you have a feel for CNC? Then the next chapter might be worth setting up with us at Lernia.
About the Position
As a CNC operator, you'll have an important role in production where technology, precision, and problem-solving are at the center. You set up and run CNC machines, work from drawings, and ensure that details maintain high quality – from the first cut to the final inspection.
Here you'll not only use what you already know, but also get the opportunity to learn more, broaden your expertise, and grow in the role. If you enjoy developing yourself, taking responsibility, and becoming even sharper at CNC, there's plenty of room to do exactly that.
About You
Formal Qualifications
We're looking for someone with CNC training or experience operating CNC-controlled machines and performing dimensional control measurements. You have a B-class driver's license and access to a car, and you're comfortable working both day and evening shifts.
As a person, you're thorough, structured, and like to stay on top of things. You plan your work, take responsibility for your tasks, and ensure quality is maintained – even when the pace picks up.
Merits
It's a plus if you have a workshop technical education with a focus on CNC or equivalent work experience, as well as welding skills. Experience working at a fast pace and knowledge of machine work from previous employment is also a major advantage. Positive energy that rubs off on those around you and a strong ability to collaborate with the team will make you an even more attractive candidate for the position.
As One of Us
As a staffing consultant with us, you always get a competitive salary, vacation, pension contributions, insurance, and membership in our collective agreement. We want you to feel good with us, so of course we offer our consultants wellness allowances and occupational health services. During your employment, you'll have a consultant manager who is responsible for your assignment and ensures you enjoy your workplace, supports you, and develops you in your professional role.
