Your responsibilities
Work with CNC programming and program adjustments
Work with ISO/CAM programming and optimization of existing programs
Support production on technical matters
Optimize programs, tools and processes
Work with improvement activities and efficiency enhancements
Ensure that instructions and documentation work in production
Participate in prioritization and daily management related to production
Collaborate closely with production, quality and technical functions

The position is based in Karlskoga and working hours are daytime with flexible options.
Nobel Biocare is facing extensive investments in new machines, automation and modernization of production, which means you will have the opportunity to influence future working methods and processes.
You will be part of CNC Engineering with approximately 9 people working with production, CNC programming, production support, optimization and continuous improvement work.
Interviews for this position will be conducted from mid-August.
Our expectations
We are looking for someone with experience in CNC programming and who is confident in ISO/CAM programming, which is a requirement for the role.
You have previously worked in a production-oriented environment where you combined programming with an understanding of machines, production and processes.
To thrive in the role, you need to be communicative, responsible and solution-oriented. You enjoy working close to operations and like supporting others, solving problems and contributing to improvements in daily work. We also believe you are self-driven and have the ability to prioritize and see the whole picture in production. You appreciate collaboration and are happy to contribute both knowledge and energy to the team.
You need to be comfortable with English as technical documentation and some contacts are conducted in English.
