CNC Milling Machine Operator Sought for Extended Assignment Diversa Solutions AB is seeking an experienced and trained CNC milling machine operator for an extended assignment with one of our clients in Blekinge, outside of Skåne and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone with solid experience in CNC milling, good technical understanding, and the ability to work independently with high precision. This position is suitable for you if you are meticulous, take responsibility, and are accustomed to delivering work that meets high quality standards. Job Responsibilities Your main tasks will include: Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC milling machines Programming and adjusting machine parameters Manufacturing parts according to technical drawings and specified tolerances Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation Tool changes and inspection of cutting tools Measuring and quality control of manufactured parts Troubleshooting and correcting any deviations Routine maintenance and monitoring of machines Documenting completed work Job Requirements To be considered for this position, you must have: Completed education in CNC technology, industrial technology, or equivalent training Documented work experience as a CNC milling machine operator Good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques Experience setting up and working independently with CNC milling machines Good understanding of tolerances, materials, and quality control Ability to identify and address production deviations Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious Qualifications It is advantageous if you have: Experience with CNC programming Knowledge of multiple different control systems Experience with high-precision manufacturing Experience from industrial production Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is meticulous, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
