About the Position
Are you an experienced CNC miller who enjoys variety and precision? This role could be perfect for you!
We are now seeking an experienced CNC miller for an operation where you will work on single-piece manufacturing of advanced machine parts. Here, no two days are quite the same—each product presents new details, technical challenges, and opportunities to apply your expertise.
You will have an independent and important role in production, with significant responsibility for planning and executing your work from drawing to finished part.
Start: As soon as possible or by agreement.
Working hours: Daytime.
Assignment length: Until end of year, with possibility of extension.
In this role you will, among other things:
- Operate and set up 3-axis CNC mills
- Work from technical drawings.
- Make adjustments to machine programs.
- Measure and quality-assure finished parts.
- Work with tight tolerances and high quality requirements.
- Collaborate with planning and design teams.
- Participate in developing and improving production processes.
- Independently plan and prioritize daily work.

Your Profile
We are looking for you if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in CNC milling, preferably in 3-axis machining.
- Have experience in single-piece manufacturing.
- Are accustomed to working with measurement and tight tolerances.
- Can make program adjustments directly in the machine.
- Are confident in independently planning and driving your work.
- Have a good understanding of technical drawings.
- Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Have experience working in business management systems.
It is a merit if you have experience with:
- 5-axis machining.
- GibbsCAM or similar CAM systems.
- Monitor ERP or other business management systems.
- Manual machining, such as turning or milling.
You are thorough, responsible, and thrive in a role where quality is the focus. You have a solution-oriented approach and are happy to contribute improvement suggestions. You understand the value of collaboration and good communication.
