Knowledge changes. Responsibilities: • Teaching, preparation, planning, and follow-up work. Participate in development work as agreed • Quality assurance by gathering feedback before the course and evaluations after the course ends • Participant contact between lessons related to course content, such as preparations or homework Qualifications: Circle leaders at Folkuniversitetet must have: • Pedagogical experience • Subject expertise/professional experience in the subject • Preferably experience with and active interest in adult education • Basic IT skills Your language proficiency in the teaching language should be equivalent to that of a native speaker, and we would appreciate a relevant academic degree. Desirable personal qualities include the ability and willingness to work independently as well as in groups, good interpersonal skills, strong initiative, a positive attitude toward change and development, and an ethical approach. Folkuniversitetet in Södertälje-Sörmland conducts open course activities in languages. We continuously develop our course offerings and would like to hear from you if you can work with adult education in circle format, a few hours per week in the evenings, teaching Italian.
