Participate in development work as agreed • Quality assurance by gathering expectations before courses and evaluations after course completion • Student contact between lessons related to course content, such as assignments or homework Qualifications: Circle Leaders at Folkuniversitetet must have: • Pedagogical experience • Subject expertise or relevant work experience in the subject • Preferably experience with and active interest in adult education • Basic IT skills Your language proficiency in the teaching language should be equivalent to that of a native speaker, and we prefer relevant academic qualifications. Desirable personal qualities include the ability and willingness to work independently as well as in a team, strong interpersonal skills, good initiative, a positive attitude toward change and development, and an ethical approach. Folkuniversitetet in Södertälje-Sörmland offers open language courses.
