3Button Group is an entrepreneur-driven company with approximately 60 employees. The company's focus is user-friendly and intelligent automation solutions, specializing in robotic automation for picking, packing, and palletizing, primarily for the consumer and food industries, complete automation lines for the manufacturing industry, and automation within the plastics industry and packaging manufacturing. The group also includes Front AGV, which develops and implements automatic trucks (AGVs) to optimize material handling.

To enable this journey, we are now seeking a CFO who can lead a business-oriented finance function and work with value-driving business initiatives from a group perspective. Clear responsibility, trust, and close collaboration between owners, management, and companies are highly valued.
Responsibilities
As CFO at 3Button Group, you have overall responsibility for the group's finance and accounting function and play a central role in developing the group's structure as it grows. The role is positioned at the holding company level and involves close collaboration with the CEO, board, and group management, where you serve as a strategic thought partner and are responsible for creating financial transparency, governance, and decision-making support for the entire group.
A very important part of the assignment is to take full ownership of the group's M&A work. You lead the financial aspects of acquisition processes – from analysis, valuation, and due diligence to financing and integration. When new companies join the group, you are responsible for ensuring they are quickly and efficiently integrated into the group's reporting, monitoring, and system structure, while respecting the companies' operational independence.
As CFO, you lead and develop the group's finance function, with personnel responsibility for accountants and finance managers in the companies. You work both strategically and operationally, with responsibility for financial management, liquidity, cash flow, financing, bank relationships, and tax and corporate legal matters in collaboration with external advisors.
You are an active member of the group's management team and participate in strategic discussions regarding growth, profitability, capital allocation, and value creation. The role involves regular reporting and presentations to the board as well as close interaction with owners.

• Taking overall responsibility for the group's financial management, reporting, and monitoring
• Leading M&A processes and responsibility for financial integration of acquisitions
• Building group-wide KPIs, reports, and decision-making support
• Driving and being involved in ERP and system integration
• Leading and developing the group's finance function at holding and company levels
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• M.S. in Business Administration, Industrial Economics, or equivalent academic degree
• Solid professional experience from a qualified finance role, preferably as CFO or senior finance leader in a group
• Solid experience with financial management in a group structure
• Strong competence in accounting, controlling, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management
• Experience reporting to the board and working closely with owners and management
• Experience working in growth companies and/or owner-driven companies
Meritorious
• Documented experience with M&A processes and acquisition-driven growth
• Background from PE-owned companies
• Experience from transaction advisory or audit
• Experience with ERP implementation and system integration
