We are now looking for a Head Chef who wants to work hands-on as a grill cook and at the same time take on the role of supervisor in our Greek charcoal grill at Väla shopping center. The operation includes both restaurant operations and catering, which provides a varied and creative work day. As Head Chef with us, you work hands-on at the grill and are responsible for the daily operations in the kitchen. You lead and delegate work in the team together with the Restaurant Manager, ensure high quality food and service, and participate in menu development and catering projects. We are looking for someone with experience as a cook, preferably in grill/Mediterranean cuisine. Has leadership experience or a natural ability to take responsibility. Is stress-resistant, organized and solution-oriented. Is flexible and enjoys varied work tasks. Does this sound like something for you?
