Executive Coach for Unit Managers in Social Services – Alingsås Municipality VårdIX-Bemanning is seeking an experienced executive coach for an assignment within social services at Alingsås Municipality. We are looking for you as a psychologist or psychotherapist with documented experience in process coaching and executive coaching. You are driven by developing leadership, strengthening collaboration, and creating sustainable work teams. About the Assignment The assignment involves process coaching for a group of six unit managers within social services. The group consists of managers with varying experience who together lead operations with broad scope and high engagement. The coaching aims, among other things, to: Develop shared leadership. Strengthen collaboration within departmental leadership. Provide managers with tools to handle boundary-setting issues and challenges in a constructive manner. Contribute to continued development of the group's collaboration and communication. There are no ongoing conflicts in the group. The focus is on development, collaboration, and an even stronger shared leadership. Assignment Information Assignment Period: September 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026. Scope: Approximately 5–6 coaching sessions of approximately 3 hours each. Location: Primarily Alingsås. The assignment can also be conducted in Lerum, Partille, or Gothenburg by agreement. Qualifications We are looking for you: Are a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist with relevant further education. Have documented experience in process coaching and executive coaching. Have strong ability to analyze and describe group processes. Can challenge, develop, and strengthen groups in a professional and constructive manner. Have experience providing managers with concrete tools to develop shared leadership. Have the ability to conduct the assignment on-site in Alingsås and surrounding areas.
