Omsorgshuset i Stockholm AB is an established organization within healthcare and social services. Sunnersta HVB and Odensala HVB are both part of our organization. At our HVB homes, we offer a positive and inclusive environment for adults with mental health conditions. We have dedicated, experienced staff with low staff turnover. We are now seeking a competent manager to lead our two HVB homes. As a manager, you will play a key role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
About the Position:
We are looking for someone who wants to take on an important and developmental role as manager of two adult HVB homes. The facilities are located near each other (approximately 20 minutes apart) and you will divide your time between them based on needs. The units are located in Märsta and Uppsala respectively. Together with the teams at both units, you will lead the daily operations, ensure quality, and develop the services with the individual at the center.
You will have personnel, budget, and workplace environment responsibility and will be a key person in creating stability, safety, and development for both staff and residents.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that work is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines (SOL, HSL, LVU, etc.)
- You are responsible for personnel management, recruitment, scheduling, development discussions, and supervision
- Work continuously on quality, development, documentation, and follow-up
- You are responsible for service development and base all your decisions on what is best for the organization
- Collaborate both internally and externally with social services, healthcare providers, and authorities to ensure the best possible support and care
- You are structured and organized
- Be present and supportive as a manager at both units
Requirements
Social worker/behavioral scientist with knowledge of social law and at least 2 years of management experience, and have worked at HVB previously. We prefer that you have held a license with IVO previously.
Driver's license
Merits
Further education, such as in CBT, MI, HR/workplace environment issues.
