Manager of Women's Unit with Co-occurring Disorder Treatment

What you will do In this role, you are responsible for leading and developing our women's unit with a focus on co-occurring disorders – substance abuse and mental health issues. You create a safe, respectful and clear structure, while also allowing room for individualized solutions. Together with your team, you ensure that each client receives quality and coherent treatment. Manage operations, personnel, work environment, finances and quality. Uphold IVO authorization for adults. Lead and support a multiprofessional team within integrated care, treatment and social services Ensure client matching and risk assessments Collaborate with authorities, municipalities and other care providers regarding client services Work with continuous development, procedures and improvement initiatives in the operations Who we think you are We are looking for someone who thrives in a combination of leadership, operational responsibility and close contact with both clients and employees. You like structure but are also flexible and solution-focused when reality demands it. Most importantly, you are confident, attentive and unpretentious in your leadership style. University degree in social work or equivalent education required to be an authorized facility manager according to IVO regulations Experience with the target group of women with co-occurring disorders, which is required for IVO authorization Have experience in leadership within care, health services, social work or similar field Have knowledge of substance abuse issues and psychiatric co-occurring disorders Thrive with making decisions, prioritizing and creating clarity in a complex daily environment Are skilled at building relationships, creating trust and motivating your team Are accustomed to collaboration with different professions and authorities Communicate clearly and respectfully in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Why you want to work with us Here you step into a workplace where values are not just on the wall.
