Here you will meet a broad assignment within organization, leadership, and work environment, where we help our customers with everything from work environment assessment to leadership development, organizational development, and sustainable performance. About the role As head of a national team of senior organizational consultants, you lead and coordinate daily operations. The role also involves a broader responsibility for gathering, engaging, and inspiring Falck's psychologists and behavioral scientists so that we work together in the OL field toward common goals and with clear customer focus. You collaborate with the sales organization, business development, and management colleagues throughout Sweden. You report to the Business Development Manager at Falck. The assignment includes: Leadership: Full personnel and work environment responsibility where you coach, support, and develop your employees. Involve, engage, and create participation with other employees in the field at the units. Finance: Budget and result responsibility with a focus on customer, the bigger picture, and business efficiency. Operations responsibility: Create direction and engagement within the Organization and Leadership field and ensure that Falck as a whole works in a structured and efficient manner toward the Customer with delivery, quality, results, and follow-up. Customer and business development: Nurture and develop relationships with new and existing customers and actively contribute to bids, act as Falck's representative in customer dialogues, hold external presentations, and sometimes take on your own assignments. Qualifications: Licensed psychologist Experience working as an organizational consultant Management experience Expertise in work environment/organization and leadership development Experience in sales and customer work Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good IT skills (Office package) and system experience Meritorious: Experience working in a larger structure with frameworks, many stakeholders, and a broader whole to consider Experience with work environment assessment assignments Experience in discrimination and harassment matters As a person, you are confident in your role and have a natural way of talking with people, building trust, and creating energy in a room. You feel at home in contexts where you represent both the operation and our expertise. You have the ability to collaborate in complex situations and have experience bringing multiple stakeholders together around the same goal. Other information Permanent position at 100% service level with start date by agreement. The position may involve travel to customers and Falck units throughout Sweden.
