Grönsakshallen Sorunda, part of the Martin & Servera Group, is looking for a Shift Manager who wants to drive and develop efficient warehouse operations – while leading and inspiring your team. We're looking for someone who wants to lead the day shift and has solid experience managing staff in a warehouse and logistics environment. The role is operational and hands-on, meaning you lead the work on site in daily operations. You thrive being close to your team members, following up on flows in real time, and creating the conditions for your shift to run efficiently, safely, and with good quality. About the Role As Shift Manager, you are responsible for daily warehouse operations during your shift. This means ensuring that the flow of goods runs smoothly, that the right resources are in place, and that your team members have the best conditions to succeed. You lead a team of approximately 15 people and play an important role in creating structure, clarity, and engagement in daily work. The role requires good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations and confidence in handling personnel matters, workplace environment issues, and collaboration with both safety representatives and unions. Working hours for the day shift are 04:30-13:30. The Shift Manager's main areas of responsibility include: Warehouse and Logistics – Ensure that the flow of goods functions efficiently and that goods are handled and delivered according to plan. Work on warehouse optimization and monitor key metrics/KPIs. Leadership & Personnel Responsibility – Lead, motivate, and develop your team. Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and workplace environment. Personnel Matters & Workplace Environment – Handle rehabilitation processes and workplace environment issues. Create a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment in collaboration with the safety organization and local union. Efficiency & Planning – Plan and allocate resources for your shift to ensure high productivity, quality, and a stable flow throughout the day. Problem-Solving & Development – Identify areas for improvement, drive change initiatives, and ensure that procedures are followed, developed, and function in practice. We're Looking for You If You Have several years of experience leading a larger warehouse or logistics team, with responsibility for both operations and personnel. Thrive in an operational leadership role where you are present in daily operations and lead work on site. Are confident handling different types of personnel matters and are experienced collaborating with safety representatives and unions. Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. Create structure and order for yourself and your team. Are interested in people and communication and enjoy collaborating across departmental boundaries. You create engagement and bring your team along. Have good system experience, preferably from SAP or other warehouse or business systems. It is an advantage if you have experience leading through change and if you have worked in food, fresh products, or temperature-controlled logistics.
