The Emergency Department in Mora receives acute patients around the clock. The most common patients are medical, surgical, orthopedic, geriatric and infectious disease patients. Work Tasks As a unit manager, you are responsible for leading, developing and following up on the emergency department's activities. You work closely with your employees and together with other managers and functions at the hospital. The role involves: Personnel responsibility for employees at the emergency department Activity development with focus on quality, work environment and patient flows Budget and result responsibility Driving improvement work in an environment where every minute counts Creating a culture characterized by security, clarity and participation You report to the activity manager and are part of the management group. Qualifications We are looking for you as a secure leader with the ability to create structure even when the pace is high.
