About the position The Claims Service business area within Länsförsäkring Kronoberg is developing continuously, and we are now recruiting to look toward the future. As Head of Security & Investigation, you will have overall responsibility for the company's security work and the investigation activities conducted. Together with your team, you are responsible for the process and handling of unclear insurance cases and fraud. The role is both operational and strategic. You work for the entire company and report parts of your assignment to the CEO as well as to the Board. You have direct leadership of a team of highly skilled investigators responsible for the company's investigation activities. You personally participate in quality-assuring case handling and assist in managing and investigating more complex legal matters. In addition, you ensure that your team achieves the goals set in line with the company's vision and business concept. In your role as Head of Security & Investigation, you are responsible for driving, controlling, monitoring, and reporting how the company's security work is conducted in accordance with legal requirements, governing documents, and processes. The assignment also includes monitoring the external environment and other aspects that continuously develop the company's security work. Länsförsäkring Kronoberg is undergoing a transformation journey toward increased digitalization. The role also includes ensuring and developing efficient digital processes. You sit in the management group for the Claims Service business area, where you are expected to be involved in taking overall responsibility for the business area and in all other contexts be a good role model for Länsförsäkring Kronoberg. You are also co-opted to company management and the Board in the areas that fall within the security assignment. The potential to influence and create visible results throughout the company is therefore significant. The position is located in Växjö and the assignment reports directly to Peter Lagerström, Head of Claims Service Business Area.
