Management Göliska IT is the joint IT organization for the V6 municipalities. V6 is a collaboration between the municipalities of Götene, Lidköping, Skara, Essunga, Grästorp and Vara that work together in several areas, including IT. Here, around 60 employees with extensive expertise and long experience work with a focus on creating and delivering user-friendly, secure and modern IT services. Together with our member municipalities, the operations are based on collaboration, transparency and innovation. Description Responsibilities The role as Head of Operations Services entails overall responsibility for the company's staff for finance, administration, office and operations support with 9 employees. You also have process leadership responsibility for the company's financial processes and represent the company in V6's central forums. Contributing to good, transparent and development-oriented collaboration within V6 is an important part of the work. You are part of the management team and report to the Federation Director. Together with your colleagues in the management team, you have an important role in the Federation's continued development. Qualifications You have a university degree in economics, or other relevant education and experience that the employer deems equivalent, giving you the knowledge required to take on the role. You are accustomed to working business-oriented and strategically, and collaborating with the entire organization to achieve set goals. If you have experience from similar regulated operations and a very good understanding of public operations and municipal administration, this is a clear advantage. Your communicative and pedagogical ability, combined with strategic analytical thinking, enables you to successfully build trusted relationships both within and outside the organization. You enjoy driving improvement work and striving for efficient processes with high quality. As a person, you are structured, resourceful and development-oriented, with strong self-drive and the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in an efficient manner. Terms Full-time.
