About the role of Regional Network Manager The electrical power industry is undergoing exciting development where customers are taking a more active role. This, combined with the electrification of the transport and industrial sectors, is a key part of the energy transition to meet our climate goals. Development of electrical networks and capacity is absolutely crucial to achieve this transition, and going forward we see a major need for renewal and strengthening of our regional networks – both lines and substations. Ellevio is now seeking an engaged leader who wants to be part of this journey. As Manager of our Asset Managers within regional networks, you will play a central role in how we build our future regional network. You will have overall responsibility for developing and maximizing the value of our facility assets from a long-term, sustainable, and business perspective. You will lead a team of six engaged and knowledgeable employees who have strategic responsibility and significant influence over the prioritization of measures in our regional network. You are responsible for matters concerning investments and development of the regional network. The team is characterized by high expertise, great individual responsibility, and a strong willingness to collaborate and support one another. In this role, you will have many contact points and work closely with both internal operations such as network planning, operations, major customer connections and project managers, as well as external stakeholders. To succeed, we see that you are strategic and business-minded, with the ability to see the bigger picture and make well-founded decisions based on business objectives. You are comfortable managing larger budgets and work in a structured and planned manner to ensure good progress and quality. You are solution-oriented and approach challenges in a constructive and action-oriented way. As a person, you are proactive and drive work forward, while valuing close and unpretentious collaboration with others. We're looking for someone with: - A degree in civil or engineering from a technical university with a background in electrical power technology, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience. - Experience working in the electricity distribution sector. - Good knowledge of business economics, investment calculations, and facility valuations. - Understanding of the network business and regulatory model, as well as experience with budget responsibility and financial monitoring. - Leadership skills that engage employees. - Strong ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
