About the Role As a driver, you are responsible for transporting cars between our facilities, customers, and partners throughout Sweden. You are often the person the customer meets at delivery or pickup and thus become an important representative for Bilsmidigt. The role places high demands on responsibility, punctuality, and professional customer service. The work is varied and suits you if you thrive with autonomy, are solution-oriented, and can handle unexpected situations in a calm and professional manner. Responsibilities You will work with tasks including: Deliver cars to customers throughout Sweden Transport cars between our facilities Document any damage, discrepancies, or issues Resolve practical situations that may arise during drives Test customers' cars according to our test protocol during pickup Pickup cars from customers, suppliers, and partners Plan and coordinate the week's drives together with the team Inform customers about arrival times and keep them updated during the journey Transports are primarily by car, but since assignments are carried out throughout Sweden, travel by train, bus, or plane may occur in connection with pickup and delivery of cars. What We're Looking For Hold a Class B driver's license for manual transmission Are punctual, responsible, and organized Have a clean driving record Have good driving experience and feel confident behind the wheel Have a service-oriented and professional demeanor Can be available for at least four drives per week Are flexible and can work evenings, nights, and early mornings when needed Previous experience with car transport, logistics, customer service, or similar work is a plus, but not required.
