We Are Looking For We are seeking a driver for fall 2026 to transport students at our school and occasionally perform other errands. The schedule includes split shifts, meaning you work morning and afternoon shifts with a longer unpaid break in between. The position is 50–75% depending on the selected individual's experience and competence. We have positive growth and large ambitions, so you should enjoy being part of making an impact, improving, and working together with others to make the school even more fantastic. The school is characterized by a good climate, engagement, and warmth. Your Qualifications We place great emphasis on personal qualities and would like to see you share our values. You should have great commitment and patience, be well-organized, have structure throughout your day, and always be one step ahead. You should: · Hold a Class B driver's license; higher driver's license categories, YKB, or taxi license are merits · Be practical and technical, able to handle technical equipment and perform simple repairs · Be self-driven, motivated, and enjoy collaboration · Be confident and clear in your role and create a good environment · Follow rules and instructions · Enjoy and have the ability to build good relationships with students and adults · Love making a difference for our students, giving them a strong foundation, and always valuing their potential and integrity.
