About the Role In this position, you'll work closely with operations within Production Unit Sweden, based in Sandviken or Västberga. You'll lead development initiatives in the warehouse and logistics area and serve as the bridge between the business and our global SAP EWM functions, ensuring changes are sustainable and create value in daily operations. Your Responsibilities: • Drive change and improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics processes. • Support the business in implementing new working methods and system solutions. • Identify development opportunities and translate needs into efficient processes. • Collaborate with global process owners and SAP EWM specialists to ensure solutions. • Lead workshops, training sessions, and dialogues for anchoring and engagement. • Contribute to projects and implementations linked to SAP EWM. • Follow up on the effects of changes for long-term compliance. About You You have experience driving change management in an environment where processes, people, and systems intersect. You understand warehouse and logistics flows and see the value of developing working methods and digital solutions. You're accustomed to translating business needs into concrete improvements. We're looking for: • Knowledge in change management, process, or operational development within industry, logistics, or supply chain. • Understanding of warehouse and logistics processes and SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, or similar systems. • Experience leading workshops and training in cross-functional initiatives. • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English. • Post-secondary education in logistics, production, engineering, or industrial economics.
