For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now recruiting a Change & Adoption Lead – SAP S/4HANA for an assignment at their site in Finspång.

This is initially a consulting assignment of approximately 6 months via Unik Resurs with excellent opportunities for extension.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Large system projects are at least as much about people as about technology.
As a Change & Adoption Lead, you ensure that the organization is ready for new ways of working when SAP S/4HANA is implemented.
How You Will Make an Impact
You will:
• Drive change management
• Conduct stakeholder analyses
• Plan communication
• Facilitate workshops
• Coordinate training programs
• Manage resistance to change
• Support the organization during Go Live
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
• Experience in change management (OCM)
• Experience from large transformation projects
• Good understanding of SAP or ERP
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English; Swedish is a merit
