In this journey, the finance function has a central and business-driving role. About the position In the role of CFO, you have overall responsibility for the company's finance function and work both strategically and operatively. You are responsible for accounting, financial statements, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, and ensure high quality in financial reporting. An important part of the assignment is to develop the company's financial management, strengthen structure and working methods, and create relevant decision-making materials that drive the business forward. You work closely with the business and actively contribute to business decisions being made on the right basis, with a clear focus on profitability, cash flow and sustainable growth. You are part of the management team and have close collaboration with the CEO, where you are expected to act as an active sounding board on both operational and strategic matters. The role involves significant personal responsibility and places high demands on independence, initiative and implementation capability. The company is on a continued expansion journey where acquisitions and integrations may become part of the development, which requires structure, analytical ability and the ability to translate strategy into practical reality. About you We are looking for someone with experience from a leading finance role and who is used to working in an operations-focused and changing environment. You have good experience in group accounting, financial reporting and finance management, and are comfortable analyzing financial results and translating these into business insights. You are business-oriented and see finance as a tool to develop the business rather than an end in itself. You have strong analytical abilities and can independently make qualified assessments and reasonableness analyses, even in complex situations. You thrive in an environment where structure and working methods need to be developed and where you are expected to actively contribute to improvements and increased efficiency. Experience from operations that combine product and service businesses as well as working close to operational activities is a merit. As a person, you are structured, analytical and business-driven. You take initiative, create momentum and have the ability to both challenge and support the organization. You are clear in your communication, have integrity in your assessments and are comfortable in dialogue with management team, board as well as external parties. The company speaks!
