About the Role As a Central Rental Manager, you are a key person in our rental operations, where you combine business acumen with relationship-building to match the right tenants with the right homes. You work with an engaged team that works toward clear goals and together is responsible for creating a smooth and positive experience for our customers. You will be working toward one of Victoriahem's largest locations, and are therefore expected to be able to travel regularly in the position. Your main responsibilities will include: Handling incoming inquiries for available apartments via the operations system and incoming lists Working with outreach via phone and email to ensure high quality and efficient delivery in rental operations Scheduling apartment viewings Collaborating closely with local teams and working closely in the rental operations area to ensure good results Supporting with administrative tasks in the rental process Actively participating in rental meetings with the areas and contributing ideas for development Working toward set targets and KPIs Continuously visiting operational areas and participating in physical rental work Working hours are during office hours Monday–Friday, and travel occurs in the position. Important for the position: Experience with customer contact or sales Good system experience and strong Excel skills Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Knowledge of other languages is a merit B driver's license required and access to your own car is a merit We will place great emphasis on personal fit.
