SENIOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and prepare defect reports, work scope lists, and explanatory descriptions.
Review defect reports, work scope lists, and explanatory descriptions prepared by departmental engineers.
Initiate and approve construction plans in the Construction Information System for state highway renewal.
Conduct asphalt surface inspections on main and regional highways.
Organize preparation of priority lists for state main and regional highway asphalt surface renewal and reconstruction programs.
Coordinate priority lists for state regional gravel surface and local road renewal programs.
Requirements:
Higher education in road construction or transport engineering.
Construction practice certificate in road design.
Ability to work in the Construction Information System.
Ability to prepare technical documentation in accordance with job duties.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large data volumes.
Ability to apply regulatory acts governing professional activities in practice.
State language proficiency at C1 level.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Ability to prioritize and plan daily work.
Proficient computer skills in MS Office environment.
Category B driver's license.
