Job Description & Offer In your role as a driver, you are responsible for carrying out transports in a safe, professional, and quality-conscious manner. You work according to established planning and are responsible for the entire transport flow, from loading and securing vehicles to transport, unloading, and documentation. You perform daily inspection of your vehicle, follow applicable driving and rest time regulations, and report any damage or deviations. As a driver, you represent the company in contact with customers and business partners, which requires professional and service-oriented conduct. You report to the driver supervisor and work closely with transport management and other parts of the operation. You are careful and structured in your work and understand the importance of following procedures, instructions, and applicable regulations. Since the work involves both independent responsibility and contact with customers and colleagues, we see that you are service-minded, communicative, and willing to collaborate. You can remain calm when circumstances change and have a solution-oriented approach to situations that may arise during the work day. At the same time, you are comfortable making decisions and have the authority to stop work if you assess that conditions are unsafe. To succeed in the role of driver, the following are required: - At least 2 years of experience with professional driving - Valid driver's license with authorization for applicable vehicles and the right to operate vehicle combinations with trailers - Valid professional competence certificate (YKB) - Experience loading and unloading fragile goods and/or special loads yourself - Basic knowledge of driving and rest time regulations, traffic safety, and work environment - Basic digital familiarity and ability to use internal systems and apps - Swedish and/or English in speech and writing Experience with car transport operations and vehicle transport combinations is an advantage. It is also an advantage if you have previously worked with loading and unloading cars from vehicle transport combinations. Other Information Start: According to agreement Scope: Full-time Working hours: Monday – Saturday 7:00 AM–10:30 PM, thereafter 8-day break Location: Opportunity to operate from multiple locations in Sweden Background checks will be conducted on candidates who advance in the process.
